Cooper Beck

Hi there! My name is Cooper Beck and I am a striving Production Technician and Artist looking for all types of work in Audio, Stage Management, and any other roles I could fill for your next theatrical production. I discovered the wonderful world of Theatre through TYA programs in Spartanburg, SC through school and the local community. I fell in love with the art form immediately and knew that I would want to do it for the rest of my life. I continued my Theatrical studies through Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC where I worked on a number of shows as a Technician, Carpenter, Designer and Stage Manager. With Winthrop’s program, I gained lots of connections with the local area and even got myself involved with the Local 322 Stagehand Union in Charlotte, NC. I graduated in May 2024 immediately starting in the field with Paragon Productions. With my experience with the production company and the local in Charlotte, I’ve continued to build my skills and I believe I could take on any production. I applied for Blumenthal’s Internship program for the spring and with my acceptance I’ve been happily with the company since January 2025. I wish to take all of my skills and experience with my anywhere to make dream come true. I have a strong passion for complex problem-solving. I am not only a nerd for puzzles, but I will push myself to solving any situation. I love the process of troubleshooting and building any show from paper to stage. Every production deserves the attention to detail from local schools to Broadway. I believe with my skills and assets I could bring forth that effort to any production required.
